Dinner: Buffet Style Dinner

Time: 7:00pm until 11:00pm

Dress: Business Casual

Buffet will include one carving station and two main dishes.  Carving station will be prime rib.  The two main dishes will be Parmesan Crusted Breast of Chicken and Stuffed Shells with Vodka Sauce. 

Buffet will include three side dishes, which will include loaded baked potato, herb rice, and vegetable medley. 

Buffet will also include dinner rolls, butter, coffee, tea, and dessert.

Check-in will begin at 6:45pm. 

Dinner will be served at 7:30pm 

Group Class Photo will be at 8:30pm 

Dancing to follow dinner.

Disc Jockey for the event, starting at 7:00pm, will be from Grant Hemond & Associates.

Photography will be provided by John Paul Kindig Photography.  There will be a portrait setting for personal photographs (couples, friends, individuals, etc).  There will also be a photographer taking pictures throughout the entire event. 

When:  Friday, August 13th

Where: Sun Cruz Casino

Sailing Time: 7:00pm - 12:00am

Dress: Casual

Please arrive by 5:45pm.  Check-in begins promptly at 6:00pm.  In order for everyone to get on the shuttle together, we need to check in together. 

Price will include the following:

• $5.00 in slots per person
• $10.00 table match for first $10.00 bet played
• Souvenier Bag
• Free food and drink for those gambling
• Non-gamblers will recieve one coupon for food and drink
• All Alcohol is free as long as gambling
• Entertainment on third floor of boat which includes dancing and karaoke

When: Sunday, August 15th

Where: Dunedin Highlander Park

Time: 10:00am - 3:00pm

Dress: Beachy Casual

Food will be catered by Sonny's Real Pit BBQ, which includes two BBQ meats (chicken and beef).  Lunch will include three sides, which will be corn on the cob, baked beans, and macaroni and cheese.  Sauces will be included. Drinks will include lemonade and iced tea.  Garlic bread is also included.

Games will include volleyball and horseshoes.  There will be fun games for the kids which will include water balloons, frisbees, beach balls, etc.  People are encouraged to bring games with them.  We have the use of the whole field. 

We will have access to the spray park all day. 

This is a family event - no alcoholic drinks allowed per the city. 

People are welcome to bring their own coolers with them if they wish.

Children 5 years old and younger are FREE for this event

The pool will be open for an additional cost of $3.25 per person (due to the pool).  This price is not included in this event.  Anyone that wishes to use the pool will need to bring their own money for the pool.
